r.rhenus RL 3 DW is a thin corrosion preventive with water displacing properties solved in
hydrocarbons free of aromatics. It is free of heavy metals.
Application
r.rhenus RL 3 DW is used as a high-speed dewatering fluid with excellent corrosion
protection properties for any kind of work pieces.
r.rhenus RL 3 DW is most effective in dipping baths.
The most special advantage of r.rhenus RL 3 DW is the extremely fast dewatering effect
of less than 10 s which means a considerable saving of processing time.
As a result of the dewatering effect, the water is collected at the bottom of the dip reservoir
and can be very easily drained off. If there are no drain plugs, the water can also be
separated by centrifugation.
Another advantage of r.rhenus RL 3 DW is the excellent corrosion protection at a low film
weight which means a significantly cost saving for the user. The film becomes touch-dry and
can be marked.
The product can also be applied by spraying.
